The Wedding Process

Consultation

We'll book you in for a free consultation, where one of our florists will talk through your requirements and details of the day. This is where we love to see your ideas of your dream wedding. This is also where we'll get an idea of your budget.

Quote

From there we will put together a detailed quote that will breakdown everything you require for your wedding. Once you're happy, we'll move to the next stage.

Preparing your Flowers

In the lead up to your wedding we will work with you to make sure we have got everything spot on for your special day. We take pride in each & every bouquet we create.

The Special Day

On the day of your wedding our team will deliver your flowers with care and set up displays at your venue. If required our team can move displays around the venue from ceremony to reception to repurpose your designs and to make the most of your flowers.

Are Wedding consultations free?

Yes, absolutely. This is our chance to get to know you and what you're looking for. We love to help you realise your dream wedding!

Can you make up a mock up of my bouquet?

Depending on when your chosen flowers are in season we can make a mock up of your bridal bouquet. This will be an additional charge.

Will you deliver my wedding flowers?

In the lead up to your wedding day we will arrange delivery for your wedding flowers. We usually deliver the Bridal flowers to where you will be getting ready and the other personal flowers and venue flowers will be delivered to the wedding venue. We label all the personal flowers so there is no confusion.

Will my flowers last all day?

We will deliver the bouquets in a water box so the stems can have a drink while you’re getting ready. All of your designs are made fresh up to 2 days before your event and we will keep them watered and cool so they will look their best for your special day. If there is an opportunity for the bouquets to sit in a vase of water during the wedding breakfast then this will help them last longer after the wedding.

Will the price on my quote change if I order a year in advance?

Flower costs vary from week to week and in some circumstances there may be an additional premium to pay for unusual varieties. You will be advised of this before we order from the wholesaler and offered an alternative if required.

What will happen to my flowers after the wedding day?

Your wedding flowers are yours to keep and take home. If we have supplied any vase or equipment hire we will require this to be returned to our shop no later than 1 week after your wedding. If you are interested in preserving your wedding flowers we can recommend local businesses to contact.

Can I change my designs after receiving my quote?

We know that plans can change as your wedding plans develop. We will work with you if you’d like to change colours, themes, quantities but we do have to have your requirements set in place at least 3 weeks before your wedding date.

How can I preserve my flowers after my wedding day?
