Yes, absolutely! You can collect your order from us in Ringwood. Select Click & Collect at checkout, and we'll let you know once it's ready to collect (usually within 2-4 hours during opening hours). Please check our opening times here, before coming to collect.
What are your delivery days?
We deliver a few times a week, Monday to Saturday. We'll let you know by email when your expected delivery date is. If you need your order by a certain date, contact us.
Do you charge for Local Delivery?
There is a delivery charge applied at checkout for local delivery. How much will depend on the delivery address. Head to checkout to see the delivery charge for your address. Local Delivery is FREE when you spend £100 or more.
What if the recipient isn't home to take the delivery?
Ideally someone would be in to receive the delivery. However, if this isn't possible on the expected delivery date sent to you, please either contact us with a safe place or an alternative date for delivery. If no one is in when we deliver, we will first look for a safe, covered space to leave the bouquet in water. If that isn’t an option, we will try a neighbour. We would recommend Aquabox bouquets, as they are provided in water.
What is your minimum order spend?
For delivery:
Ringwood Town delivery £20 minimum spend
Any other Local Deliveries £30 minimum spend
There is no minimum order for Click & Collect.
Do you offer same day delivery?
It may be possible to arrange a same day delivery, provided you place the order during the morning. However, you will need to call us to arrange this. Same day delivery may not be possible, but Click & Collect from us in Ringwood is more likely to be available same day.

Can I preserve my wedding flowers?
It is possible to preserve your wedding flowers, in various creative ways. If you are interested in preserving your wedding flowers we can recommend local businesses to contact.
Will my flowers last all day?

All of your designs are made fresh up to 2 days before your event and we will keep them watered and cool so they will look their best for your special day. If there is an opportunity for the bouquets to sit in a vase of water during the wedding breakfast then this will help them last longer after the wedding.

In the lead up to your wedding day we will arrange delivery for your wedding flowers. We usually deliver the Bridal flowers to where you will be getting ready and the other personal flowers and venue flowers will be delivered to the wedding venue. We label all the personal flowers so there is no confusion.
What funeral flowers do you offer?
We offer numerous options for floral tributes, from traditional sprays, natural tied sheafs, wreaths, pedestals for the service or perhaps you have something bespoke in mind that we can create in a unique floral design. We will work with you to create a floral tribute that reflects your loved one and helps celebrate their life.
